1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 92r website, mobile application, and all gaming services accessible at 92r.biz or through the 92r mobile application.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 92r Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the 92r Platform and meets all eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.
• "Wallet" means the PKR balance held within a Player's 92r Account, comprising deposited funds, bonus funds (where applicable), and winnings.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player, exclusive of any bonus credits or promotional funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Gaming Products" refers collectively to all sports betting, live casino, slot games, colour prediction, esports betting, and any other wagering products offered on the 92r Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity, age, and ownership of payment methods.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used for all transactions on the 92r Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 92r Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing a wager — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to individual 92r Gaming Products ("Product Rules"), each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 92r Platform and close any Account you may have opened. 92r reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that all 92r Players review these Terms periodically.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 92r with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register an Account on 92r, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You are accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited, and you are not accessing the Platform in breach of any applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, or agent of 92r, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless prior written consent has been obtained from 92r management.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 92r Platform or self-excluded at your own request.
• You are registering only one (1) Account in your own legal name, with accurate and complete personal information.

92r reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance in the Account.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our obligations under our international gaming licence and our commitment to responsible gaming and anti-money laundering compliance, 92r is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and, at our discretion, before permitting continued play. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

You may be required to provide, at 92r's request and within a reasonable time frame:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (CNIC, Passport, or Driver's Licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 3 months).
• Proof of ownership of each payment method used (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your name and number).
• Source of funds documentation where required by our compliance team.
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by 92r's compliance and KYC department.

92r reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict Account functionality, or close the Account entirely where KYC documentation is not provided within the required timeframe or where the documentation provided is determined to be fraudulent, tampered with, or unsatisfactory. 92r's KYC decisions are final.

5. Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 92r Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

You must notify 92r immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your 92r Account. 92r will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the 92r Platform. If 92r determines that a Player holds multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through the use of different devices, browsers, or IP addresses — 92r reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all Accounts associated with that Player, void all pending bets and wagers, and forfeit any funds held in those Accounts.

6. Deposits & Payments

All deposits to the 92r Platform must be made using approved payment methods. 92r currently accepts the following payment channels for Pakistani Players:

You must only use payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment accounts registered in another person's name are strictly prohibited and will trigger immediate Account suspension, KYC review, and potential forfeiture of funds. 92r reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

7. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the 92r Account holder.
• Any active bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the requirements are fulfilled or the bonus is forfeited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully KYC-verified accounts (VIP-tier withdrawal limits may differ from standard account limits).
• 92r targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours for standard accounts, and within minutes for VIP-tier Players using JazzCash or EasyPaisa, subject to security checks.

92r reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse, pending completion of a KYC or security review. Where a withdrawal is delayed, the Player will be notified and provided an estimated timeline.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

92r offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms and to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times).
• Bonus funds are used before Real Money Balance in determining bet settlement unless otherwise specified in the relevant offer terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including through the creation of multiple accounts or the use of false information, will be voided and associated Account(s) permanently closed.
• 92r reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.
• Where a Player has an active bonus and requests to withdraw Real Money Balance, the Player may be required to forfeit the bonus and associated bonus winnings in order to proceed with the withdrawal.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

Specific rules governing individual Gaming Products — including cricket betting, live casino games, slot machines, colour prediction, and esports betting — are published in the relevant Product Rules sections of the 92r Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general betting rules apply across all 92r Gaming Products:

• A bet or wager that has been accepted and confirmed by the 92r Platform is binding and cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the Player once placed, except where permitted under specific Product Rules (e.g., cash-out functionality where available).
• 92r reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds or prices resulting from a technical error, manifest pricing error, or data feed failure. Players will be notified of any such voiding and stakes will be returned.
• In the event of a dispute concerning the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, 92r's decision — based on official results from recognised sporting governing bodies or certified RNG audit results — shall be final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, market, and event, as displayed on the Platform at the time of betting. 92r reserves the right to adjust individual Player limits based on betting patterns.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92r Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account permanently suspended, all funds forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or sporting event.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage or to circumvent Platform security measures.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including payment fraud, chargebacks, identity fraud, or collusion with other Players.
• Laundering funds through the 92r Platform or using the Platform for any purpose connected to financial crime.
• Opening or operating duplicate Accounts, or sharing an Account with any other person.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Undertaking systematic bonus abuse, including matched betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play intent.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to misrepresent your location or identity.
• Any conduct that 92r reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform, other Players, or 92r's business operations.

11. Responsible Gaming

92r is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. All registered 92r Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools, which can be activated at any time through Account Settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 92r Account.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can lose across all Gaming Products.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts when you have been active on the Platform for a set period, and optionally have your session automatically ended.
• Reality Checks: Receive regular on-screen reminders of the time elapsed during your session and your net gaming result.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which your Account will be temporarily restricted.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 92r Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and are taken extremely seriously by 92r's responsible gaming team.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 92r Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, game content, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 92r or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 92r Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the 92r Platform or its content without prior written consent from 92r.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

92r is committed to protecting the personal data of all Players. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering an Account on 92r, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, transaction processing, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, and improvement of Platform services.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92r shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any nature whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise, arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the 92r Platform or any Gaming Product.
• Any interruption, delay, error, or failure in the operation of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, force majeure, or circumstances beyond 92r's reasonable control.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Decisions made by you as a result of information or content published on the 92r Platform.
• Any loss resulting from the voiding of bets or adjustment of odds as permitted under these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 92r's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Termination of Account

92r reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where 92r has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required by law or by the terms of 92r's gaming licence.

You may close your 92r Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance in your Account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an Account is closed by 92r due to a breach of these Terms, 92r reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and, where fraud or financial crime is established, to forfeit those funds and report the matter to relevant authorities.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92r holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the 92r Platform shall first be referred to 92r's Customer Support team at [email protected] for informal resolution.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. 92r's decisions on gaming outcomes, bonus eligibility, KYC determinations, and account security matters are final and not subject to arbitration.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory law.
